SpaceLift Design & Staging launched a new website earlier this year, and feedback from clients and site visitors alike has been extremely positive. Archetype is proud to have provided the initial design/build for this site. Because SpaceLift is an interior design, staging, and event planning company, the site needed a unique and splashy look. Our first steps included accessing the client’s needs and developing a thorough understanding of both her services and her target market. About the premium WordPress theme used for the SpaceLift site
We selected this theme because it provides maximum control over page layout and content creation. The theme came bundled with a top-rated slider plugin with an intuitive interface that creates engaging slideshows. Of particular importance was identifying a theme with project portfolio features that allowed us to showcase our client’s amazing work, while being hassle-free for her in terms of adding new samples on a regular basis.
This premium theme includes a built-in typography customizer from which we selected our preferred Google Fonts in keeping with the brand of our client's company. The latest stats indicate that about 50% of web traffic is mobile. This theme is mobile-friendly and adjusts automatically to look great on a screen of any size. In the future, this client has the option of adding video backgrounds, which are demonstrated to increase visitor engagement.
