A consistent look and feel across all channels can dramatically boost your organization’s visibility—and visibility is a key builder of credibility. In other words, accurately or not, people often think the best brand of a group of competitors is the one to which they’ve had the most exposure. In addition to look/feel, your messaging should also speak consistently to the benefits you provide to your target market. Regardless of the channels you choose, communicating on a regular basis with your audience is the goal.
